Change Broadband to Essentials Plus M50

I receive ESA Income Related and want to change my Broadband from gig1 to Essentials Plus, M50.  I'm in a contract.  I will keep Mega TV Package and phoneline.

    Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.

    If you're looking to take out any of the Essential Broadband bundles, including Essential Broadband Plus, then you'll have to request it here which is where you'll also submit your evidence that you're eligible.

    However, with any of those packages you cannot have TV other than Stream, so you cannot have Mega TV with Asian Mela or a landline service alongside it.
