Can't Verify O2 Account

Hi all,

2 weeks ago I renewed my virgin media and with it came an O2 sim. I thought everything was fine until I received the sim and noticed that the name on my address (on the sim letter) is incorrect, the person on online chat left the last letter off my name - even though he knew what it was as he'd just updated the virgin contact!

I'm trying to log into my O2 account online to change details so I can finally take control of the sim and get my pac code to move to o2. Unfortunately when I get to the page to link my o2 account it says that the info entered (DOB and Postcode) is not valid/correct and I can't move forward!

Can anyone please advise what my options are please?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

    We're sorry to hear your name is incorrect on the O2 sim and that you've been unable to log into the O2 online account.

    We are limited to what we can do hear regarding the O2 service, however I'll send you a private message now and see what I can find out from our O2 colleagues to help 😊
