Can't Verify O2 Account
Hi all,
2 weeks ago I renewed my virgin media and with it came an O2 sim. I thought everything was fine until I received the sim and noticed that the name on my address (on the sim letter) is incorrect, the person on online chat left the last letter off my name - even though he knew what it was as he'd just updated the virgin contact!
I'm trying to log into my O2 account online to change details so I can finally take control of the sim and get my pac code to move to o2. Unfortunately when I get to the page to link my o2 account it says that the info entered (DOB and Postcode) is not valid/correct and I can't move forward!
Can anyone please advise what my options are please?
