Cant use online account
Hi, this is my first post. For some reason I cannot access the online features in my account. I have logged on and linked my o2 account etc but the view my bill, live chat and other items don't work.
Beginning to get very frustrated with this as I have recently renewed my contract for another 24 months but have an issue with my account. How can I sort my problem out if the website doesn't work for me and the the operators on the phone don't know what to do?
Does anyone know if there is an email that I can contact?
