Cant use online account

Hi, this is my first post. For some reason I cannot access the online features in my account. I have logged on and linked my o2 account etc but the view my bill, live chat and other items don't work.

Beginning to get very frustrated with this as I have recently renewed my contract for another 24 months but have an issue with my account. How can I sort my problem out if the website doesn't work for me and the the operators on the phone don't know what to do?

Does anyone know if there is an email that I can contact?

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your online account at the moment. 

    When you say that your account isn't working, are you able to provide more information, such as, are you getting any error messages when trying to access your account? Have you tried to access your account via one device or multiple? Have you tried to clear your cache and cookies via the browsers that you've tried this on? Also, are you able to access your account via the 'My Virgin Media' application?

    Sorry for the volume of questions. We just need to make sure we have all the relevant information to help you the best that we can.
