Can't update contact number
When I try to update my contact number on Marketing and contact preferences, it saves it but as soon as I click off the webpage and then go back in again, it's showing my previous contact number which is 21 years out of date!
If I click on Save changes further down the page, I get the error message 'Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again later.'
How can I update my contact number so it saves?
Additionally, despite my bills and other contract information going to the email address on my account (non-VM), I still get some email from VM sent to my old ntlworld.com address which I haven't used for 7 years. Is there any way of getting all VM emails sent to my current email address?
