Cant Speak To retentions

Hi, I have spend a very frustrating 1 and a half hours on the phone to "retentions" team. They were unable to help me. I specifically asked them not to send me a contract as they were unable to confirm what was included compared with my old contract.  now i have been sent a contract when I asked not to. I phone back and am speaking to the same person who just keeps muting me. I have asked to speak to complaints but they again wont pass me though. I am at a loss. i just want to speak to the standard retentions team. How can I speak to them?

    Do you use the "Leaving Virgin" option on the phone or Customer Services?

    The only way to speak to them is 0345 454 1111 (local call rates, normally out of inclusive minutes) or 150 from VM landline.

  • The voice activated menu system is so frustrating it never seems to get through to the relevant team anymore.

    If you really don't want to renew, you have to give them 30 days notice to cancel.

      I did actually want to renew I just find the whole process of trying to speak to someone frustrating. Well certainly my call today actually as was fine when I spoke 2 weeks ago. Very reliant on who you get through to. The new voice activated menu system is horrific too. Makes me not want to renew.
