Can't reschedule engineer visit

I am trying to reschedule an engineer visit. I have received a text asking to keep or change the appointment and have replied CHANGE. However the link I receive to then reschedule the appointment doesn't work and says it has expired.

    Have you set up a My Virgin Media account https://www.virginmedia.com/myvmo2 ?   

    If so you may be able to rescedule the appointment from there. by scrolling down to the Quick Links section and clicking on Orders & Appointments.  https://my.virginmedia.com/trackorder/view-orders

    If it's regarding a new customer installation then try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them to reschedule. They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
