Can't get in touch with customer service

I have been trying for a week couldn't get through call I tried chat went through 3 to 4 different agent all of them told be different things I wanted few old bills of mine first guy didn't send me all the bills 2nd one said I will receive in 3 to 5 working days didn't receive anything and the 3rd person said they can't mail can only send via post I wanted these bills for a important work and it is not getting completed because of the absurd service you guys have. All I wanted was my bills I have been the customer for almost more than 2 years now and it's absurd the whole service is worst. I don't know where to reach out the bot thing Don't let me call them the chat agents tells me different things all I want are few bills for an application I need to complete as soon as possible. I don't know how I can get those old bills they are from old properties so can't even find them on my new address account. Virgin media please Try and atleast people with actual issues through your call bot.
