Can't downgrade

My contact ended on the 21st of august totally past my mind and have been away

so today I thought I'll change my package online like I did the time before as they is no way I can afford 77 pound for just Wi-Fi

it does not give me the option to down grade I go onto the change my package and it just shows me my bill go on to the website click on the packages that I'm guessing are for new customer and as soon as I click a packed then log in to my account it takes me straight to my bill page

    Your contract finished on 21st August, so you are now on a monthly rate. You can either phone in and negotiate a new contract, or give 30 days notice to cancel.

      Well so why should VM offer you anything? You have just admitted that can't be bothered to put the work in to change? Frankly if I were in charge, I’d demand ten times the amount for  you!

  • If you do call in just don't tell the agent that you "can't be bothered with changing providers". This might undermine your delicate game of poker.
