Can't confirm account details when registering.
I have recently switched to Virgin broadband and given registration details for 'My Virgin Media Account'. When signing in with these details I was presented with the message 'We can't find an account with the details you've provided. Please Contact Us to register.' and after failing to contact through phone call and multiple tries through different browsers I'm stuck as to how I register.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
