Can't cancel
Everytime I ring up they hang up on me halfway through, or send my call off to into the infinite hold music for hours on end.
They've tried charging me 80 for a service change which never happened, refused to apologise, and now refuse any contact about me cancelling.
I've cancelled the direct debit my end, is writing a letter now my only recourse?
