Can't access VM broadband account settings.

Hi,

I've had VM fibre nearly a month and still can't access the broadband accounts settings. I consistently get the same error of 'oops looks like something's gone wrong on our side'... I've reinstalled the app, tried the website, used multiple devices, cleared cache and cookies multiple times and still get the same error.

Please can this be looked into? I can see many other people have had the same issue but doesn't appear to be an obvious fix and it's winding me up no end.

    We're very sorry to hear about the issue you're having accessing the broadband account settings. 

    What specific settings are you looking to amend? What web browsers have you tried this on?
