Can't access online bill

(I thought I'd already posted this query but it seems to have vanished).

I just received an email telling me that I have had "usage charges" applied and inviting me to "click here" to view the bill in detail.   I tried that link but it led to a blank page, and subsequently tried accessing the bill via the Virginmedia website and then via the App, both of which led to continuous circular links in the Virgin Media help and support area, but no bill.  

How do I access it - presumably this a contractual obligation on Virgin's part?
