Can't access my virgin media account or email.

This has been an ongoing issue for months. Everytime I try to sign in or even register I get the message saying. This Virgin Media email address isn’t valid. I have phoned up support twice who were no help at all, they just said it's an error their end on the first occasion, second time they told me someone would call me within 5 working days. A month later and still nothing.
