Can't access my account and a whole raft of issues!!

Recently (In the last month or two) I received an email telling me my package had been changed. I had requested no changes at all.
So I went to log in to check, this is when I first realised that i couldn't log in. It tells me that my email address isn't a valid email address, so I can't log in and see any of my bills. I tried to get in touch, but you really do have the worst customer service in the WORLD. Between not being able to get in touch, and having to work so that I can earn money to pay for your services, i initially couldn't get through to anyone.
Then the other week, some new TV show starts on Netflix, my daughters point out that Netflix isn't working. I checked and sure enough, no Netflix. I checked my last bill (I still get paper bills as I don't trust digital bills) and I'm still down as getting Netflix as part of my package. But my log in details don't work now.
So I sit and go through the online chat (I can't talk to your call centre on the phone as I can't understand the strong accents, as I have hearing difficulties), I spent 15-20 minutes talking to someone who I really think didn't understand anything I bought up. I still have the transcript of the chat. The highlight of that was them telling me that the email I'd received was a Phishing scam...I pointed out that there were no dodgy links on that email and it looked like every other email I'd ever received from you.
Long story short, they tell me that they will get someone to contact me to fix my issues...I then get an email a day or two later detailing my issues. Apparently I complained because I couldn't understand my bill?!?! I've not had ANYONE contact me, I still can't log on, I still can't access Netflix. My last bill came a week or so ago and my bill was £20 higher and seems to be related to Netflix as it's seem to be listed twice on my bill!!!
Can I just add, my email that your system tells me is invalid, still works, and I'm worried to make to much fuss in case you do something and I lose access to that email!!!
I would dearly love to speak to someone in the UK...
