Cannot login to account, keep getting error code FSB50

Hi,

Every time I try to login in to my Virgin Media account,  get as far as inputting my email and then I get an error message. I don't even get to the password page it just gives me an error.

I have tried a new browser, clearing cache and cookies, and trying in incognito mode. Nothing works. I am a new customer and need to setup my account details but cannot access my account.

    This post has been moved here as it is not a VM email related issue.  As a new customer you will have a non Virgin media email address as your account username.

    This is the first time I have seen a post referring to the FSB50 error when using a third party email address.

    The VM Forum Team should respond here in due course.

    Just to confirm, is the error code "FSB50" showing up after inputting your e-mail address and then clicking on the "Sign in" button?

    Also, would it be possible to provide a screenshot of what you're seeing?
