Cannot log into my Virgin after a week of fustration
Hi,
I have had Virgin Media broadband for a little more than a week and I cannot access my bills or settings related to the broadband. When I try to sign in, it says that I have to link it with my Virgin media o2 ID, which I can access. The website insists that I'm using the wrong email but I've tried multiple emails and none of them work, I know that one should be linked.
When I press the Forgotten email button, it suggests that they have found my email and it is object. I'm so incredibly frustrated and annoyed at the company as a first-time customer who has recently invested in my broadband.
Can anyone help me with this? I feel like I'm in a constant loop
