I have been trying to create an account for Virgin media for about a week and every time i get to the create password screen and i make a password, it just comes up with Virgin logo and does nothing.
This happens on every browser i have tried, on the app and different devices. I only have broadband and need access to my accont to make changes.
Please can someone help.
