Cannot check out the latest deals for you
Hi,
I am trying to see what my options are when my contract expires at the end of May. I have the option in my account to click on 'Change your Package'. However when I do so, I get this error every time.
I started trying two weeks ago and everytime I try, I get that error. I have tried different browsers, Chrome, Edge and Safari, cleared my cache but nothing changes. I also cannot view my bill on my account, when I try that I get this:
How can I see my package options? I am getting very frustrated.
