Cannot check out the latest deals for you

Hi,

I am trying to see what my options are when my contract expires at the end of May. I have the option in my account to click on 'Change your Package'. However when I do so, I get this error every time.

 

 

I started trying two weeks ago and everytime I try, I get that error. I have tried different browsers, Chrome, Edge and Safari, cleared my cache but nothing changes. I also cannot view my bill on my account, when I try that I get this:

How can I see my package options? I am getting very frustrated.

    I managed to get it on safari browser with a refresh.  But not easy…

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear you've not been able to access the 'Change your package' option on your online account.

    If you're looking for renewal deals, you wouldn't see these on the account until your end of contract notification, which would be sent 30 days before your contract ends. Does your online account mention renewal deals being available to view at this time?

    I managed to get it to load on the app (once) although it was not easy and it did give me a price for a 18 month deal, so I presume that would have been be same on the desktop site but of course ir did not display. I will check back in May then but it was more the fact I could not get anthing to load when accessing it. It has been going on for a while now and when I Googled the error earlier, it seems quite a lot of people have experienced the same thing. Is this a known issue?

      Apologies for any confusion. We were aware of an issue with renewal where customers were receiving notifications earlier than their actual renewal period. This has since been resolved. You should only see renewal deals 30 days before the end of your contract and after we send end on contract notifications.  

       

      Are you able to access other areas of your online account without any issues?
