Cannot access VM Account

Hi,

I have been having ongoing issues for several weeks, with no resolution after several calls and raised tickets.

And here lies the problem. I cannot connect my VM account to a VMO2 ID because this very old AOL email address is no longer active. So this is as far as get with the sign in/register process. And been stuck in limbo since.

Can anyone help from here? Happy to discuss other account details over PM.

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues completing the link with your VM O2 ID. We're unable to amend the email address via the Community however if you call the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111, they'll be able to amend the email address to one you have access too.
