Cannot access My Virgin Media

I cannot get logged into my virginmedia.   I have lost all my passwords and no id verification works.  What can I do?

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. Iโ€™m sorry to hear of the issues that youโ€™re having with your online account at the moment. 

    Have you tried to go down the 'Forgotten Password' route at all?

        Sorry to hear that you can't find the 'forgotten password' option - what options do you have when you put in your email address at the sign in page? 

        If you haven't ever successfully signed in via the new VMO2 ID platform, it may be worth trying the 'register' option instead. ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/login
