Cannot access my broadband account
I've been putting this off for awhile because I got incredibly tired of the mandatory (and terrible) over-the-phone customer service. I cannot login to see the status of my broadband account, it was setup over the phone so I don't know if the email was entered wrong or what. Going through the "forgot password" or "forgot email" links yields nothing as all it tells me is that either my email is wrong or my details are wrong respectively. I would like to avoid another over-the-phone conversation at all costs. Is there a way to get this resolved here without going through a call centre?
