Cannot access account

Direct debit bounced in January, so tried to call to pay. Do not know account number or security password as setup Sept. 2023 and lost details. Found a way to pay online, but only by entering area code and surname. Have not been able to access account.

Do not know my account number, and believe email address I  set up with I no longer have access to (university email, now graduated).

Please advise.

    Currently have no wifi and whenever I call to say password they say it's wrong, which makes no sense.
