cancelling my brothers internet contract.

I am trying to cancel my brothers internet contract using my Power of Attorney.he can no longer use a computer. I have done it in writing and the signed for letter was received  by VirginMedia 2 weeks ago and signed for by PARAGON  I enclosed a copy of his contract, and access code to prove my power of attorney, but have as yet heard nothing. I have tried ringing, but can never get through. Can anyone make suggestions what to try next?
