Cancelling contract before installation

I have ordered broadband and my contract does not start until the 1st of July, due to there being no availability of a landline at my address until that time. Can I confirm that my 14 day cooling off period does not begin until the contract start date. Can I cancel without penalty before the install?

    We're sorry to hear there's a delay in the landline service becoming available. 

    The 14 day period starts from the date the service is installed.

    You can cancel before the installation without penalty yes.
