cancelled 02 Sim, kept Gig1...I think.
Hi guys.
I recently renewed my contract and clearly informed the salesman on live chat that I was cancelling the 02 sim (which I have done and now in the 30 day notice period) and I wanted gig1 broadband only. He offered a deal, gig1 broadband and Netflix.
However looking on my contract today it still mentions Volt Gig1 Broadband.
I have rang up and spoke to retentions and double checked that I was getting Gig1 for 24 months for the price agreed on without an 02 Sim and they confirmed this.
Does this sound correct or am I just being thrown off because it still mentions the "Volt" wording on my contract.
