Cancellation of contract
I have cancelled my contract within the 14 day’s cooling off period. Virgin representatives have agreed this the case and that after the last bill was paid I no longer owe any money.
However I have now received a paper bill for £845.03 final bill. As this was a new contract that was cancelled within the cooling off period it is unacceptable to receive a final bill of this amount.
Have spoken twice to Virgin representatives I am assured I owe nothing but no one was able to provide this in writing, so why the bill?
