Cancelation fee

Please I need to speak with someone and not an AI! 

MY Challenge started with correcting a mistake, from "wanting to cancel" to resolving my issues and staying a customer. I ACTUALLY spoke with someone and he said I should wait for a message from the sales team, but nothing like that happened. Now my account got disconnected and I got a new mail stating a cancelation fee I need to pay. 

If I can't become a customer anymore, can I create a payment plan? because the cancellation fee is too much to pay at once.

    Your description is not entirely clear on what you were trying to do and what exactly has happened.

    What were you trying to achieve when you first started communicating with VM? You mention 'correcting a mistake'.

    You state you have now been disconnected. Is this what you wanted, or intended, to happen?

    We're sorry to hear your services have been disconnected. As mentioned by goslow, your post isn't really clear on the details so we're not able to offer specific advice currently.
