I’ve been trying since I got the package to cancel my TV. When I say I want to cancel my tv , they automatically cut me out of the chat. Could someone please tell me how to do this , if I can’t cancel the tv I will just cancel the hole package. Thank you
Be aware if you drop the TV your price will increase as it’s normal to have a bigger discount for each VM product you subscribe to.
Are you still within your 18 month discounted contractual period? If so if you cancel early there will be early disconnection fees due unfortunately. If not then you should have more flexibility to amend the services you have.

If you cancel TV you'll have a new broadband-only contract and it will probably be more expensive than the competition. So, check out other ISPs but be aware that leaving VM could result in EDF.
