Cancel services

I have changed my mind and would like to cancel my services before they start, however the representative probably misspelled my email as I haven't received any emails from Virgin and I don't even know my account number, so can't log in to cancel it, any suggestions?

    Your contract doesnt actually activate until the day you connect your Hub to the network for the first time - so if you dont do that it wont happen - but you may have the hassle of returning the equipment.

    So try calling the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Mon to Fri, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Sat and Sun. and book a Tech install.
    Or If no luck there call the Sales team on 0800 183 1234 and see if they can help do it for you.

    We aren't able to cancel the order via the forums, have you been able to call the team on 0800 052 1734 to speak to the Pre Install team to request it be cancelled before installation as mentioned by jbrennand?
