Cancel paper billing

I have been a customer of yours for many years and I never received a paper bill until I moved house recently. You are now charging me for paper billing. I have tried to cancel online with no luck..I have phoned to get this cancelled but no help from them. I want this cancelled asap.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
