Cancel O2 without affecting VM?

Hi, 

I renewed my contract recently (broadband & flex box) but the advisor also gave me an O2 bolt SIM as "this was how to get the best deal"

Anyway, fast forward three months & O2 are absolutely dreadful - I've currently had no service for 4 days and their customer service is even worse than VM (I know, hard to believe!)

Can I get a PAC code & effectively cancel the O2 SIM without it causing any issues with my VM package? Thanks.

    Hi LJ1982,

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are sorry to hear the signal for O2 isn't where you are, if the sim is part of a Volt deal and it is cancelled your package would change to a standard package which would be more expensive and you would also lose any benefits such as free boosters ETC.
