If you mean a Direct Debit from your bank only you can cancel it with your bank, but you must advise VM as they will continue to try and collect it and the bank will return the item. I would not try speaking to customer services, they will probably just get it very wrong, but wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.

I'd suggest you don't cancel the DD yourself, but let VM stop charging it when they have registered the change of payments.
That's the only way you can be sure that VM have actually made the change to your account. Otherwise you risk having a payment refused, which will cause you a lot of grief to get it put right.

Good afternoon ashutoshjha29
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
You can cancel your Direct Debit by logging in to your online account - virg.in/myVM, going to 'your bill' and then 'manage my direct debit' where you cancel it from there.
You can also speak to your bank as well.
Please bear in mind if any bill is currently awaiting payment, you'll need to ensure it's not cancelled within 5 days of the direct debit due date or we'll still attempt to take it. If not, disregard that :).
