Can’t sign in to VirginMedia.com on iPad

Over last few days I can’t sign into VirginMedia.com using my iPad, could this be that my iPad is running iOS 12?  It’s ok on my iPhone with later iOS

    Many apologies for any issues faced, are you receiving any error messages at all?

    Usually we would advise our updates would coincide with recent software updates too.

      Thanks for your reply.  It just comes back to another sign-in page

        Thanks for the update awr1946.

        Can you please confirm if you have access to your My Virgin Media account via the application on your iPad?

        Does this happen on multiple different browsers on the iPad?
