Can’t link accounts!

My broadband hub is supposed to arrive tomorrow but i still can't link my Virgin Media account or track my order. I'm getting the same issue as others; it says my account is linked to a different email (the same one i signed up with), even though I have only ever used one as I'm a new customer. I can't access anything. Any solutions? Cheers

    We're very sorry for any issue you're having with your online account. 

    This is a known issue currently and we are working on resolving this.

      So do I just sit tight? As  a new customer I’m therefore unable to access any online details including my direct debit details that I know need tweaking (account name)

  • welcome to the queue mate, I've been in stasis since 8th July with the same problem. Its been 'escalated' five times with a promise to resolve it, since then and no one has ever rang me back to resolve. Problem still open as of this response.

  • I'm getting this constantly, and it's becoming increasingly frustrating. Perhaps the switch from Sky was not such a brilliant idea. There is no helpline, and the online chat doesn't appear to want to talk to me.
