Can’t find my account number

Hello, I recently started a plan for new broadband (about an hour ago) and I’m trying to make my virgin account, but I haven’t received any email or information with my account number so I’m wondering if it’s a case of just waiting longer or if something’s gone wrong.

    We would say it is a little early to register an online account yet. 

    You will get your contract documents sent to you soon and that should provide further information.
