Call about moving

I have had a call from 0345 454 1111. They asked if they were talking to me (used my name) which I said yes and they asked if I was moving? I reply no, she says thank you , that's all, bye.

Why would they phone to ask me this?

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Normally this would indicate someone has placed an order and it's at your address, maybe due to a mistake. So if there's an active account, the team will then reach out (or try too) the active customer at that property.

    I'll send you a PM now though so we can check what's happening.
