Hi
We are getting poor network coverage in our house even when using a Wifi pod. We previoulsy had the router in the corner of the house in a TV stand so have moved it to ontop of the TV stand but still getting drop outs. Id like the get the cable rerouted to the other side of the room so its in the middle of the house and not next to the TV. How can i arrange this?

I've looked into your account and cannot see anything that would be causing this with your individual connection or in your area. We can arrange for an engineer to visit to relocate your equipment.
