Broken Television
As part of my new customer package I was offered a new Smart TV. On unpacking the television it became apparent that the screen was cracked but this was not obvious until the power was switched on. I have tried to contact Virgin Media to report this and request a replacment but it does not fit into any of the complaints options. I did manage to speak to someone and get a fault reference number but no one was come back to me and the tracking facility under MY Cases does not seem to exist. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
