Broken CATV cover

Hello,

The CATV cover outside my property has been damaged and now there is a big hole which is quite dangerous as it is opposite a playground. Can someone be sent to fix it ASAP?

    Managed to report this via the phone service and have been informed a technician is on their way so no further response required.

      Has the visit already taken place?  If not were you given a timeframe for when someone would attend?  Did our colleague offer evidence that they'd raised a job?  I'd like to be absolutely certain.
