Broadband upgrade - how long does it take?

Hi, I upgraded my ongoing virgin broadband this morning. I received my pre contract information but where it says provisional installation date it just says to be confirmed with no time scale on when the upgrade will take place? Any idea? How long do the upgrades usually take?

    Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your upgrade. Did you upgrade online or by speaking to the team over the phone? Any online upgrade can take up to 14 days to be resolved.
