Broadband package renewal email

We had this, got a call and were offered a deal.  We rejected it.  (had the pre contract info, Ts &Cs and decided against it) An hour or so later we had another call and we repeated that we wanted to stay with our current package and then received pre contract docs that included Sky Sports (?) super fast broadband etc.  NOTHING LIKE our current package!!!.  Will be contacting Ofcom, the call was taped and I said No at least 4 times when asked if I was the account holder (I was but am not now)
