Broadband order, contract summary but no payment

Ordered no contract broadband, received a contract summary sheet, payment of £80 was showing as pending on bank account but has now disappeared. Not sure if contract has gone through or an engineer will actually show up now. Extremely difficult to contact virgin as webchat not useful and website takes you round in circles. Any ideas what will happen?

    You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. If a payment was showing as pending but say for example the order has failed, it would then be sent back to your bank.

    I'll send you a PM though to check on the order.
