Broadband cancelled during move
We have recently moved properties, and arranged for our Virgin media services to transfer across (broadband 125 and Stream).
The broadband does not work in the new property and my account states the service has been disconnected.
i have also received a final bill from VM for cancellation of services.
This is ridiculous, I only wanted to transfer my broadband and now have nothing.
