BPO
I was a longstanding customer since the days of Telewest. More than happy with the service I received over that period. Circumstances change and I hadn't used my virgin broadband only account since 2024, and cancelled it around the beginning of 2025.
Nobody came to collect the hub, and now I've just received a BPO collections letter telling me to pay my bill or expect my services to be disconnected???

Never had a bad word to say about you guys 'til today... Can I get some help with this please? I don't wish to have to speak with your foreign call centres again as I find it a struggle to understand them.
