blueyonder email and locked out
I have noticed that my email for my old blueyonder email has been compromised and the hackers has locked me out of this email.
please help me gain access back and change the password

Have you created a Virgin Media O2 ID for the email in question? If not, please could you do that and let us know if that helps to resolve the issues.

Hi Steven,
it won’t allow me to create an id for the email as it keeps saying the following “This Virgin Media email address isn’t valid” and I believe it’s due to this email being a secondary email created ages ago but now I am having issues of the hacker trying to gain access to my other accounts, I really need urgent help in resolving this problem.
Will it be possible to delete the email entirely or change the password so I can get back into it.-Alfie
