Bineg overcharged
I recently joined VM in May. A discount was meant to be applied to my contract but the full price is taken out each month in my direct debit. I first brought this to the attention of VM in june, and i was told i would be reimbursed and my bill shoes the correct charge. I have just had my bill for July - I have not been re-imbursed nor has my bill been changed to reflect the discount that was agreed when I signed up.
Impossible to call customer service to discuss, and via Web chat I have just been lied to on the last 2 occasions when I have been told this has been sorted - luckily i screenshot the whole of this conversation. Has anyone contacted the communications ombudsmen regarding virgin media, and this kind of dishonesty? It seems quite a frequent issue to be overcharging their customers.
