Billing clarification for TNT Sports, TV Box

My wife, unbeknownst to me, in her increasing panic at the looming end of our current deal, called to "negotiate" a new contract. As a result, we've been left with a bill that continues to be a bit on the rip-offy side, by my estimation. So I'm trying to see if any savings can be made anywhere.

With that in mind, I'd like clarification on how much we would save on our bill, if any, by removing TNT Sports. Also, how much would removing our 2nd TV Box save?

The standard charge for TNT Sports is £18 a month, although there are currently offers to include it either free or for £12 a month due to the imminent closure of the Eurosport channels that TNT now owns.

Additional box charges are either £10 or £5 a month, depending on the individual contract.

Thanks, but I'm looking for an answer specific to our contract, as there is a credit on it but a bit of confusion over where exactly it's coming from.

Hi Colfari thanks for your reply here.

It does all depend entirely what package you're on - if you're on Mega TV, then TNT Sports is not included and is the £18 a month mentioned so you'll save this by removing it.

If you're still on Maxit TV, it is automatically included so you won't save anything by removing it at this stage.

As mentioned here for a package discussion, it is best to call us directly on 150 / 0345 454 1111.

        We hope this helps.
