Bill over 3 times higher than agreed renewal!
My contract was due to end 31st May and I received multiple emails telling me to recontract now to secure a deal.
The offer seemed reasonable (same price as currently paying) so I accepted it / placed the order. The agreed monthly cost was £53.31
3 days later I received an email saying the changes have been applied to my account and the new monthly cost will be £163!!
I have spoken to customer services various times and they just want to offer me different deals, but none of them come close to what I accepted.
How is this possible, I just want Virgin Media to honour the deal they offered me. I am now being faced with a £163 bill in April, when my original contract should have run until end of May anyway.
Who can I speak to to get them to process the order as it was agreed? If this is not possible, I will be cancelling my services as the whole situation is, quite frankly, a joke!
