Bill is wrong

Can someone please speak to me , my direct debit failed to come out last month there was money in my account so don’t know why it didn’t come out? It is now saying I need to pay £68 instead of my normal bill at £30.50 I am not paying £68 so can someone change this for me please

    Sorry to hear about the failed direct debit last month. 

    Sadly, we are unable to help with billing queries here.

    It should be an easy fix if you get in touch with our care team on the contact options below.

  • Can somebody please contact me or give me a number or an email so I can sort this bill out , everytime I ring customer care it’s cutting me off saying I need to pay my bill won’t even give me any options now. You have cut of my service because you haven’t taken my direct debit when there is money in my account my bill each month is £30.50 it wants me to pay £68.50 I am not paying this amount when it is not my bill???? How am I supposed to solve this when I can’t speak to anyone on the phone and there is no one to email??? Please help
