Bill is wrong yet again
After hours of calls last month and making a complaint because my bill was incorrect. I finally got the issue resolved and the correct amount was taken on the due date.
2 days ago I received a text and apology and £5.00 credit as good will gesture for the errors made. But then receive my latest bill yesterday and the amount is wrong yet again.
It's absolutely ridiculous 🙄
